Cookie statement

This page explains which cookies this website sets and why.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. They let the site remember something, for example that you are signed in.

Which cookies does this website use?

This website only sets its own cookies that are strictly necessary. Every cookie has a limited lifespan and disappears by itself afterwards.

Security check by Cloudflare

The contact form and the customer portal login screen use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. Turnstile sets no cookie on our domain. The check runs in a frame from Cloudflare, served from challenges.cloudflare.com. Cloudflare may store data on your device under its own domain for the security check.

How Cloudflare handles this is described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).

Other storage in your browser

When you are signed in to the customer portal, you see changes straight away through Ably. To do that, Ably keeps the connection method that works best in your browser’s local storage (ably-transport-preference). It contains no personal data. The value has no expiry date and stays until you clear your browser data.

No tracking, so no consent request

This website uses no cookies for statistics, tracking or advertising. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act). That is why we do not ask for your consent. Should that ever change, we will ask for your consent before we set such a cookie.

Removing or blocking cookies

You can always remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Your browser’s help explains how. If you block this website’s cookies, the site will not remember your language choice and you cannot sign in to the customer portal.
